My Baby's Back

Well, she's back...Erik and I were so happy to see Olivia yesterday! We went to his parents house yesterday afternoon and his brother Dave and our sister-in-law Amanda were there as well. My aunt Laura and cousins Marissa and Christopher also joined the festivities. We had an early dinner and Erik and I exchanged gifts with his parents and Dave and Amanda being that we hadn't done Christmas with them yet. Lots of nice things! We had a great time and it was so nice spending time with his family. Olivia had such a wonderful time with her grandparents, she talked about them on the drive home.

Erik and I are having a bit of an issue trying to find space for all of her new toys from Christmas! We are running out of storage area!! I need some ideas...

New Year's Day

Well, New Year's is here! I can't believe it's 2006!! Erik and I went to my cousin's Andrew and his fiance, Heidi's, house last night for the New Year's celebration. We had a good time despite the snow and sleet trying to slow us down! It was just a small gathering of family, so it was really nice. Lots of great food! Now it's the day that Erik and I get to pick up Miss Olivia from Bestemama's house (grandma in Norwegian) and Bestefaire's house (grandpa in Norwegian), she calls them Bestema and PaPa thought. I miss her like crazy!!!! I talked to her a few times over the weekend over the phone and it was just so cute. I hope she is as happy to see Erik and me as we are her!
