Ok, since I hadn't written in so long, I thought I would get this blog updated as much as I could, so I wanted to post some pics from Pumpkin Carving Night and Halloween.
Every year we go up to my step dad's house for pumpkin carving night the night or 2 before Halloween to help in carving all of the pumpkins for his yard.
His neighborhood is unbelievable and everyone gets into Halloween. All of the yards are decorated, spooky music playing, hayrides, apple cider stands, hot chocolate. It's tons of fun. Just to get an idea, my step dad gets over 140 trick or treaters each year!
The pics are of the kids, my cousin's Marissa, Christopher, Christopher's friend Thomas, Olivia and my cousin's daughter Lindsey.
Anyway, my entire family went up on Halloween night, had our traditional taco dinner and then got ready to go out with the kids. Usually the guys stay behind to hand out the candy and the ladies take the kids around the neighborhood.
This year Olivia really had a good time and walked up to the houses on her own, said trick or treat and thank you. She was so cute!!!
Her first Halloween she was a bumble bee, she was 10 months old and we pushed her in the stroller, she crashed at the first house we got to.
Last year she was almost 2 and she was Ragedy Ann. She walked up to the houses, but got tired quickly.
This year she was Pocahantas. She actually wore the wig all night!!
