Erik, Olivia, Scott and I went to my friend Stefanie and Tom's last night for a little holiday party. Stefanie's stepdad dressed up as Santa for the kids and handed out presents. It was so cute! You should have seen their faces. We told them that Santa was coming and he was upstairs and then all of a sudden you heard a bang and "Ho, Ho, Ho!" Their faces lit up and they all ran to the stairs. You could see the excitement and fright in their faces all at the same time. It was hysterical.
Olivia got a Barbie just like she wanted! How did Santa know? See, he does know everything!
It was nice to get out, dress up in something other than jeans and have a glass of wine with other adults with kids!! We had a good time and lots of good food!
Scott was a little fussy all night and then I had a nightmare night with him last night. I fed him at 9pm and he didn't fall asleep finally until 11:30 and then he slept until 3:30, I fed him again, he wouldn't finish the bottle, he just crashed out and then went back to sleep. He woke up again at 6:30, fed him and he went back to sleep. I made Erik get up with Olivia and I went back to sleep with Scott until 10am this morning. I was exhausted. You can hear the gas bubbles in his stomach. Poor baby. What is up with him? I thought the Nutramigen was helping, but yesterday was a bad day and he is still a little cranky this morning. Ergh!
