The kids went to Bestema and Papa's house this weekend. Erik and I went to Tim's 30th birthday party at his parent's house in South Salem, NY on Saturday. We had a great time and it was funny reminiscing with Frank (Tim's father) about when I used to rent an apartment in a house he owns in Danbury. Karen and I used to live there and that's how we met Tim who then introduced me to Erik. (That's the REALLY abbreviated version of the story) Funny how things turn out! Tim's son Trevor was at the party and he is just the most adorable little boy! I could eat him up. It was nice to see Jay and his fiance Paula as well. I hadn't seen Paula since Olivia's birthday part last December. We all had a nice time catching up.
I went to my inlaws today to pick up the kids and my sister in law Amanda and Sammy were there, so we got some cute pics of the boys together playing. Sammy weighs a pound more than Scott! He really is catching up and stands all on his own now. He will be walking in no time. We will be celebrating his first birthday next weekend!!! YIKES! Where did this year go? The weekend after that will be Jackson's first birthday party. Time flies...
