Christmas morning was so much fun! This year was really exciting because both kids were really into it. Scott of course woke up first so I had to wake up Olivia and Daddy who were very sleepy since we got home really late Christmas Eve. I ran downstairs and waited with the video camera to capture the expressions when they came down to see that Santa came. Olivia walked into the living room pointed at her castled (which Santa took out of the box and set up perfectly for her) and said "Hey, who opened my present!" Not the reaction mommy was hoping for after ALL the trouble I went through to get it! ARGH! Anyway, Scott opened one gift and he just wanted to play with that and not move on, so it took him about 3 or 4 hours to get through the rest of his gifts. Olivia tore through hers in about 5 minutes. Then Grandma and Grandpa came over and gave them MORE gifts (just what they need). Scott got a quad! It is so cute and custome painted by Grandpa and Daddy, they worked so hard. He has tested it out all through the house, bumping into walls, running over things, hopefully today we will finally get outside to try it out. He is so cute on it though. We then headed over to Erik's parents and Christmas dinner and exchanged gifts with them and Amanda, Dave, Sammy and Morgan. The day was perfect. Happy Holidays everyone!
I created my blog for family and friends, especially those we don't see all the time, so that they can view updated pictures of the kids and read what we have been up to.

Christmas Eve
We went to Aunt Laura's Christmas Eve, as usual, and celebrated Christopher's 14th birthday! Happy Birthday Chris! We had a packed full house and more food than we knew what to do with. Everything was awesome. It was a late night and we had to get home to get ready for Santa. Olivia has already been questioning whether or not Santa is real, can you believe that? She's only 5!!! Taking the fun away from mommy! She and I baked cookies earlier in the day to leave for Santa. Here are some pictures from Christmas Eve.
Happy Birthday to my sister Heidi as well who celebrated her birthday Christmas Eve too! :)

Olivia's Holiday Concert/Fun in the Snow
Olivia had her Holiday Concert at her school at the last minute on Tuesday this week. It was canceled twice due to the weather with school cancellations and delays. They split the kindergarten classes into two groups and one group performed on another day. I think there are 5 kindergarten classes here performing. They were soooo cute, but of course since Olivia is a little peanut she was right in the front row and some other kids kept stepping in front of her so I don't have any good pictures!
They were so good though and sang every song with all of their hearts and really were in tune with each other and knew all the words. Awesome job!
I also added pics of the kids in the snow.

Work Christmas Party
Last night we had our work Christmas Party at Ichiro Japanese Restaurant. We had an absolute blast. The food was fantabulous! SOMEONE also surprised Terisa with a birthday wish and embarrassed her more than you could imagine...it wasn't me for once! :) They took our picture and we now forever hang on the wall of the restaurant. LOL
We then exchanged Secret Santa gifts. Some of us then headed off to Houlihans for a few more drinks and headed home...Happy Holidays everyone!
